We are looking for the following for our location in Kapfenberg:

Plant Operator Sintering Plant (m, f, d), full-time, 4-shift model

We offer you:

Your tasks:

Operating and monitoring sintering furnaces for carbide processing
Controlling the sintering process in accordance with specified temperature and time parameters
Carrying out simple quality checks and documentation
Compliance with production, safety, and quality specifications
Active participation in cleaning, setup, and maintenance work on the equipment
Support in ongoing process optimization

Your qualifications:

Technical understanding and interest in machine operation
Ideally, initial experience in industrial production (e.g., metal, ceramics, sintering)
Willingness to work in a fully continuous 4-shift operation
Ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility, and reliability
Accurate and quality-conscious work

What you can expect from us:

Your gross monthly salary for this position is at least €2,994.96 based on full-time employment (38.50 hours/week). However, we offer a market-based premium depending on your education and qualifications.

Your qualifications:

A completed apprenticeship as a machining technician or in a related metalworking profession (e.g., toolmaker, CNC technician).
Experience with CNC turning/milling, independent programming directly on the machine (ideally Siemens Sinumerik or ShopTurn/ShopMill control).
Passion for precise work and a keen eye for detail.
A high level of quality awareness and a responsible work style.
Technical interest and enjoyment of working with modern, high-precision manufacturing equipment.
Willingness to work shifts in a well-structured and predictable shift system.

What you can expect from us:

Your gross monthly salary will be agreed individually in a personal interview and will be at least €3,368.06 (excluding any allowances).
