In addition to dies and stamp blanks for punching tools for rotor, stator, and contact manufacturing, Boehlerit offers hot cutter blades for the production of plastic granulate, perforated discs for granulation, granulation knife rolls for the production of plastic pellets, and hot runner nozzles for plastic injection molding. In addition, dies and blanks for the manufacture of powder metallurgical parts and magnets, as well as ultrasonic knives for cutting carbon, are available.
The carbide specialist is also the right choice for the production of various gear components. Special gear hobs and bar knives with cutting edges are available for this purpose. With specially developed rail milling machines, worn rails can begin a new life cycle—precisely and highly efficiently. Boehlerit offers rail milling machines for perfect re-profiling of worn rails. BULLtec® 2.0 Series
One base unit – many possibilities
The modular BULLtec® 2.0 tool system sets new standards in performance, cost efficiency, and flexibility in heavy-duty machining. It can be used for face milling different materials by simply exchanging the cassettes. A BULLtec® 2.0 tool system consists of a base body and exchangeable cassettes for the indexable inserts. The different cassette types can be flexibly combined with any base body size. Compared to other systems, this significantly increases flexibility. The innovative clamping holders ensure a stable and precise connection between the base body, cassettes, and indexable inserts – without any adjustment work. This allows BULLtec® 2.0 tools to be quickly and easily adapted to specific tasks or reconfigured as needed. In addition, the accessible positioning of the indexable inserts makes replacing them in the machine amazingly easy. Thanks to the specially designed angle of attack of the indexable inserts, all BULLtec® 2.0 tool systems are characterized by a very smooth cut. This protects both the tool and the machine and leads to significantly longer service life.
